Wee bears

Last week Breagha and I came face to face with the sow and her three cubs. This is the first time this year I have seen them, and despite the stand-off, huffing and gritting of teeth on both the bear and Breagha's part, I was happy to see them back and in good health.

The unfortunate fact remains that we now have 4 bears in a group to deal with, and I have dusted off my rifle.

Next time you are nearby a house built by someone other than a professional, take a good look at the pattern of the roofing screws.
